• Each additional child outside the included group size of 10 kids is priced at $40 per head with a maximum group size of 15 kids. 

• Please contact us regarding your desired workshop date to see that we are available or if you require a group size larger than 15 kids.

• All artists have a current working with children check. 

• Price includes travel within 30km radious of our studio based in Port Kembla, NSW. (Please contact us if you are outside this area and a quote will be provided to you)

The following "Conditions of Sale" will apply to the purchaser of any Urban Art Australia products purchased on our website. 

NOTE TO USER: Please read the following section carefully, prior to selecting your purchase. 

UAA does all it can to ensure our birthday parties run smoothly. However, events such as weather conditions are unfortunately out of our control and can lead to rescheduling/cancellation. 

Our birthday packages are non refundable once a purchase has been made:

1. If, in the case of cancellation due to weather, UAA will notify the booking holder prior to 8am on the day of the booking, if the class is unable to go ahead. UAA will work with the booking holder to find a suitable rescheduled date that suits both UAA and the booking holder.  

2. If, for any reason, a booking in unable to he upheld, there is a 7 day re-scheduling policy; if notified 7 days prior to the booking UAA will reschedule the booking. However, anything under this 7 day time period will result in a forfeit of both booking time and payment. 

WAIVER OF LIABILITY, MEDICAL RELEASE, PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO RELEASE & INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims and damages for personal injury, death, or property damage which I, or my minor children, may sustain or which may occur as a result of my own participation, or that of my minor children, in Urban Art Australia classes and other activities.

I further understand and agree that:

• This release is intended to discharge in advance the Urban Art Australia, employees and agents from and against any and all liability, except for their sole negligence or intentional acts, connected in any way with my participation or my minor children’s participation in Urban Art Australia's class activities;

• Such classes and activities may be of a hazardous, strenuous, and/or physical nature, and participation in said activities may result in injury, death or property damage;

• Knowing the risk involved, nevertheless, I voluntarily request permission for myself or my minor child to participate in said activities;

• I hereby assume any and all risks of injury, death or property damage and to release and hold harmless Urban Art Australia, employees & agents, except for their sole negligence or intentional acts;

• This waiver, release and assumption of risk is binding on me and my heirs and assigns;

• I will indemnify and hold Urban Art Australia harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost or expense, including litigation, which it may incur as a result of any injury and/or property damage which myself or my minor children may sustain while participating in said activities;

• I will compensate any loss, damage, or cost Urban Art Australia may incur if any litigation arises due to any claim made by myself, said minors, or by anyone on said minor’s behalf;

• In the event that said minor requires medical or surgical treatment while under the supervision of Urban Art Australia personnel in connection with said activities, such supervisor may authorize treatment;

• I will pay all medical, hospital, or other expenses which I or my minor children may incur as a result of such treatment;

• Activities are not child care as defined by the New South Wales

• Urban Art Australia is not responsible for unattended children on the premises before or after classes for which they are enrolled;

• I expressly allow, and hereby waive any objection of Urban Art Australia photographing and/or videotaping of me and/or my minor children when I and/or my minor children are participating in Urban Art Australia's programs;

• I understand and agree that all photographs and videotapes will remain the property of Urban Art Australia, and that the Urban Art Australia may use such photographs or videotapes for archival and promotional purposes, including their use in Urban Art Australia catalogs, brochures, other printed materials, and in Urban Art Australias online web pages ans social media channels. Urban Art Australia will take all necessary precautions to keep names and ages of participants confidential unless otherwise requested.

I certify that I have custody or am the legal guardian of said minors by court order, and that I and my minor children are physically able to participate in the described activities.

I have carefully read this Waiver of Liability, Medical Release, Photography/Videotape Release and Indemnification Agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and Urban Art Australia, and that I accept it of my own free will. Urban Art Australia may accept future phone, mail, online, or in-person registrations under these provisions.

I also understand the Refund Policies, and the potential consequences thereof, set forth by Urban Art Australia and by booking agree to such terms.
