Fitzroy North House Mural

Urban Art Australia was commissioned by the homeowner of a heritage-listed Rae Street property in Fitzroy North to design a mural inspired by Melbourne’s graffiti and street art scene while also celebrating colour in a contemporary way. Painted over one week, our team transformed the façade into a striking work that quickly became a major talking point across Melbourne.

The mural sparked public debate and was widely featured in the media, including ABC Radio, Channel 7 News, The Today Show, and the Herald Sun. The project highlights how mural art can influence discussion and shape the city’s visual culture.
